2024-05-21Change 'LLPredicate::Rule::requires()' to 'mandates()' for C++20.Nat Goodspeed
Although 'requires' appears in many comments and some string literals, and 'concept' in a few of each, LLPredicate::Rule appears to be the only use of any new C++20 reserved word in the existing code base. And it seems to be unreferenced.

Closing window correctly caused a significant amount of logout freezes with no known reproes. Temporarily returning to old behavior were thread was killes without closing window and will reenable in later maints to hopefully get a scenario or at least more data of what is causing the freeze.

Crash seems to be specific to LLFilterEditor and only in a couple specific floaters. Based on older calltacks, commiting on exit was crashing. So I'm making sure that panels that potentially do not own the element in question clean the callback in case panels get deleted before the search editor.
