All 3Ps include dirs are treated as SYSTEM, this will stop compilers
stop emitting warnings from those files and greatly helps having high
warning levels and not being swamped by warnings that come from
external libraries.

with the same name (that's why 3ps had names like apr::apr),
but it's safer and saner to put the LL 3ps under the ll:: prefix.
This also allows means it is possible to get rid of that bad "if( TRAGET ...) return() endif()" pattern and rather use include_guard().

changes to remove LLVFS and LLVFSThread classes along with the associated source files. The existing llvfs folder is renamed to llcache. Also includes changes to CMake script in many places to reflect changes. Eventually, llvfile source file and class will be renamed but that is not in this change.

failed before it reached the one source file with the switch.

- LLAppDelegate header relocated to LLWindow. Definition is still present in secondlife-bin (for compatibility reasons when loading a nib).
- Return key handling fixed.
- Command key now acts the same as the control key by issuing control character codes when the command key is pressed.
- We now retrieve the window pointer directly from the app delegate in LLWindow.

Instantiate LLWindowListener on LLViewerWindow instead of on LLWindow.
This permits LLWindowListener to use machinery from llui, e.g.
LLUI::resolvePath().
Document planned new ["path"], ["reply"] params to "keyDown", "keyUp",
"mouseDown", "mouseUp", "mouseMove" operations; document relationship between
["path"] and ["x"] and ["y"].

To use ld.gold configure with:
-DCMAKE_EXE_LINKER_FLAGS:STRING="-Wl,-use-gold".
ld.gold links the viewer on my machine in 8 seconds, as
opposed to 19 seconds with ld.bfd. Moreover, it uses a
LOT less memory during linking (about 750 MB instead of
2.5 GB!).
VWR-24254: Don't link with fontconfig on non-linux.
While we already added fontconfig in the above patch,
that code turned out to also be used by Windows and
Darwin (contrary to the comments in the code).
After looking at the history of commits and a
discussion on IRC it was decided that the original
coder (Kyle Ambroff <ambroff@lindenlab.com>) really
meant (LINUX AND VIEWER) instead of (NOT LINUX OR VIEWER).
