docking/undocking the Appearance SP.
There is a side effect: we don't reset the accordion when switching between sidepanels anymore.
But I guess it's ok because other sidepanels (People, Me) don't reset their state either
(e.g. if you open a group profile, then switch to My Inventory, then back to People,
the group profile will still be opened).

There is an edge case in setMasterGain during startup which prevents setInternalGain from being called if the master volume setting and mInternalGain both equal 0.
In llaudioengine.cpp setting mInternalGain to a very low but non-zero value fixes this issue.
