Generalise Debian/Ubuntu build instructions
Even though not obligatory, adding paths to GL libs wouldn't hurt
in building for amd64.
Also fix Arch aarch64 architecture label (ARM is the project label
which encompasses various ARM architectures including 32-bit ones).
