Drop stalled occlusion queries instead of blocking on macOS (#33)
Apple's GL thread segfaults in glGetQueryObjectuiv when a query never
becomes available after the viewer is backgrounded. On Darwin, a timed
out query is deleted and the objects stay visible. The result is read
only when the driver says it is already ready.
