TinyGLTF & Vulkan glTF not included on systemlibs
Vulkan glTF doesn't seem to be used yet.
TINYGLTF_INCLUDE_DIR doesn't seem to be used yet either.
Tiny GLTF can be headers only, easy to install to system.
