https://megapahit.com/show_bug.cgi?id=57 For SLVoice to run, there is a couple of environment variables that need to be set, and users need to run `/usr/local/share/wine/pkg32.sh install wine mesa-dri` to install the necessary files first. All this time the env parameter on apr_proc_create was never used, and this is just the place for passing those environment settings, hence the LLProcess::Param attribute addition.

Copy SLVoice.exe, vivoxsdk_x64.dll and ortp_x64.dll to /usr/libexec/megapahit/ on GNU/Linux and /usr/local/libexec/megapahit/ on FreeBSD. I haven't got Wine being able to run anything without crashing on FreeBSD, but once Wine works there, then voice should work too.

This code needs to be turned into a state machine (switch-case between states) with clean exit and each state clean and separate. Right now it passes through all stages on exit and relies onto multiple bools instead of just transitioning to 'exit' state. In some cases coroutine still lives longer than voice singletone, it also needs to be adressed.
