For some reason try block from voiceControlCoro doesn't trigger, but one from toplevel does and claim that it's voiceControlCoro, logs also suggest that vivox was doing an outgoing call. This is mostly to get evidence.

This fixes #1436, an issue where the 'call button' sometimes got greyed out when it shouldn't have been. Vivox is now 'working' (and the call button can be enabled) when it's logged in. WebRTC is 'working' (and the call button can be enabled) when the coroutine is active.

Issue: P2P was catching STATUS_LEFT_CHANNEL meant for nearby chat and adopting channel info for itself Solution: - Moved one of notifyStatusObservers calls so that it would have uri data instead of firing with no channel info - Made p2p sessions init with uri data, like it was before webrtc. Which is used to distinguish observer notifications. - Removed mAudioSessionChanged. It was unused yet confusing.

https://megapahit.com/show_bug.cgi?id=57 For SLVoice to run, there is a couple of environment variables that need to be set, and users need to run `/usr/local/share/wine/pkg32.sh install wine mesa-dri` to install the necessary files first. All this time the env parameter on apr_proc_create was never used, and this is just the place for passing those environment settings, hence the LLProcess::Param attribute addition.

Copy SLVoice.exe, vivoxsdk_x64.dll and ortp_x64.dll to /usr/libexec/megapahit/ on GNU/Linux and /usr/local/libexec/megapahit/ on FreeBSD. I haven't got Wine being able to run anything without crashing on FreeBSD, but once Wine works there, then voice should work too.
