Add phase-oriented comments around history synchronization, archive validation, asynchronous view updates, and transcript deletion.
Expand dense control flow and restore readable spacing throughout the ChatService implementation and its integration points without changing behavior. Restore unrelated end-of-file formatting so it drops out of the overall PR diff.

Synchronize eligible direct IM conversations through the ChatService
capabilities into durable per-resident CSV archives. Validate deterministic
conversation IDs, UUIDv1 ordering, complete discovery and history payloads,
and the account-wide deletion cutoff before a bounded pass can append or
rebuild an archive.
Run discovery, pacing, retries, metadata resolution, and participant paging
through one account-scoped manager. Immediately prioritize new Direct
sessions, P2P previews, and accepted inbound IMs while honoring transcript
consent, authoritative mute state, capability changes, and fail-closed
account state.
Stitch ordinary and monthly legacy plaintext before the oldest accumulated
service row, keep normal plaintext logging active, and merge the first
validated service page in memory while older backfill continues. Drive
Direct and Preview reloads and their nonmodal loading status from shared
resident snapshots.
Maintain the human-readable chat_service_index.csv manifest and protect
archive updates with strict validation, torn-tail repair, corrupt-file
preservation, private file stamps, and atomic replacement. Extend Delete
Transcripts with a durable TimeUUID boundary and an asynchronous sweep that
suppresses every historical source until cleanup completes safely.
Add core coverage for deterministic IDs, UUIDv1 and timestamp validation,
strict page and list contracts, RFC 4180 CSV quoting, archive scanning, torn
tails, and corrupt records.

I believe it was meant to grey out "Automatic" on "Mouse Warp".
Also, FreeBSD is added to this condition.

Fix LLFile::tmpdir failing when temp directory is located in a unicode path on windows
Add Tracy profiler tagging to LLFile that's disabled by default
Replace LLFile::utf8StringToWstring with our fsyspath std::filesystem::path adapter
Introduce std::filesystem::path to llifstream/llofstream wrappers
Add move operators to fsyspath to match copy operator
Restore LLUniqueFile RAII class for direct c file io wrapping and reducing merge conflicts with downstream code that may depend upon it

Interferes with linux work, will be moved to a different branch and applied separately.
|
|
- LLFile with its own class method interface to access files for read and write
- Remove rudimentary LLUniqueFile class as LLFile supports now all of that and more
- Implement most of the filename based functions using std::filesystem functions
- Replace LLFile::rmdir() with LLFile::remove() since this function now supports deleting files and directories on all platforms.

* Rich Presence w/o requiring access to friends list
Thank you Signal Linden for the pointer from https://discord.com/developers/docs/social-sdk/classdiscordpp_1_1Client.html#af0a85e30f2b3d8a0b502fd23744ee58e
"Note: On Desktop, rich presence can be set before calling Client::Connect, but it will be cleared if the Client connects. When Client is not connected, this sets the rich presence in the current user's Discord client when available."
This lead me to setting the Application ID here https://discord.com/developers/docs/social-sdk/classdiscordpp_1_1Client.html#ad452335c06b28be0406dab824acccc49 in place of setting it on
https://discord.com/developers/docs/social-sdk/classdiscordpp_1_1AuthorizationArgs.html which would lead Authorize, GetToken, UpdateToken, Connect, and so on.
This means we don't even need the SecAPI saveCredential, loadCredential and deleteCredential parts now.
* Discord integration is enabled by default per spec
now that we don't need the user to authorise Discord SDK to have
any access to the user's friends list, etc. (which are Discord
Relationships related, and not needed just for Rich Presence).
* "Hidden Region" if Discord location sharing is off
instead of blank. The coords are hidden too, but the Party numbers
are still shown, for consistency with TPVs' implementations.
* Remove toggleDiscordIntegration declaration
The definition had already been removed, I had forgotten to remove
this one.
