Includes: DEV-45800, DEV-45803 - Grid Manager
DEV-45804 - SLURL refactor
DEV-45801 - Single username field (for Identity Evolution and SLE Ldap)
Also,
Includes Certificate Management code allowing the viewer to connect to
grids not signed by a well know key (just like any web browser). Also
contains secure storage for things like passwords.
The security/certificate code is modular with the intention of adding modules
to directly use the operating system facilities for crypto if available.
(that's much more secure than we'll ever be)
Also, refactor of voice to modularize it, and add a diamondware voice module.

Took out some ugly case statements and stuck those functions into the asset dictionary instead. This makes the code a lot more centralized/extensible since if we ever add assets, it'll be clear that their fetch/knowable fields need to be added (versus that logic being in some obscure case statement).

Superficial cleanup to change all typedef std::vector<LLUUID> to use a common typedef uuid_vec_t instead.
|
|
This bugs me in a minor way. Did a search-and-cleanup on various swear words.

Backing out this merge that I pushed (prematurely) to the wrong place.

Changes:
- Added support for formatting day of the month without leading zero ("sday").
- Changed date format in place profile (landmark info) and in the top status bar
according to bug reporter's request.
Technical details:
Actually implementation of strftime() in Linux and Windows supports stripping the
leading zero (with "%-d" and "%#d" respectively).
But that's not supported in MacOSX, so I had to reimplement it.

Assumprion is: wide char buffer requires not more than input string length plus one for a null terminator.

(on Windows) before converting it to LLWString.
Problem on Windows:
==================
LLPanelMainInventory::updateItemcountText() formats number using viewer locale.
non-break space is detected as unknown symbols while converting utf8str_to_wstring when formatted text is set to LLTextBox.
FIX:
===
Added converting of string to multi-byte string and then to utf8 string while formatting on Windows.
created opposite to "ll_convert_wide_to_string" function "ll_convert_string_to_wide" and helper function to call both of them.
It is used now to convert result of formatted string while formatting integer number in locale.
Fix affects Windows only.
