* APR_DECLARE_STATIC and APU_DECLARE_STATIC gets already defined in APR.cmake
* Move both _CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS and _WINSOCK_DEPRECATED_NO_WARNINGS definitions to 00-Common.cmake
