cause they're not like 0 valued ${_binary}_installed that it would
run lipo -thin on already thinned binaries.

Refer to this commit if you need to recover the steps in compiling
XMLRPC-EPI.
The prebuilt binary for Darwin is distributed as universal, and will
be thinned accordingly. It also makes use of autobuild.xml, but only
partially (the sha1sum isn't used yet in the Prebuilt.cmake reimplementation).

Its own CPACK_RPM_PACKAGE_REQUIRES will catch up soon.

Also CMakeCache.txt removal and Debian dependencies that might not
be relevant on non-debootstraps are not part of the instructions.

no FMOD reinstallation when it's already installed,
and archives & unarchived source/build directories are in CMake
root binary directory, instead of /tmp.
SHOW_PROGRESS is on for downloading Dullahan from the Megapahit
website cause it can be slow.

When linking to the static archive on arm64, it would fail with an
error of undefined iconv symbols.
When linking to the dynamic library, the path was to the dynamic
library was still assumed to still be in /usr/local/lib, so specifically
for the executable target, this needs to be changed (temporarily) to
the one in the prebuilt directory first, to later be changed again
by fixup_bundle to the bundled one in Frameworks.

Only found out after using CMake 3.26 for Darwin.
It wasn't an error when using CMake 3.24.

Useful when cross compiling.

The xmlrpc-epi package has no .pc or .cmake files. On some platforms,
the header and the library directories don't have special paths. On
GNU/Linux, at least on Debian, the headers are encapsulated in the
packages's own directory. On macOS, both MacPorts & Homebrew don't have
the package. On the other hand, Fink, that has the package, still
doesn't support recent versions of macOS as of this writing. So it's
very likely that on macOS, xmlrpc-epi is installed in /usr/local.

All 3Ps include dirs are treated as SYSTEM, this will stop compilers
stop emitting warnings from those files and greatly helps having high
warning levels and not being swamped by warnings that come from
external libraries.

with the same name (that's why 3ps had names like apr::apr),
but it's safer and saner to put the LL 3ps under the ll:: prefix.
This also allows means it is possible to get rid of that bad "if( TRAGET ...) return() endif()" pattern and rather use include_guard().
