DRTVWR-476: Revert "Use LLThreadSafeQueue, not boost::fibers::buffered_channel."
This reverts commit bf8aea5059f127dcce2fdf613d62c253bb3fa8fd. Try boost::fibers::buffered_channel again with Boost 1.72.
