Use the shared avatar name cache for history metadata
Let LLAvatarNameCache own batching and request deduplication. Remove the
separate eight-subscription scheduler, attempt counter and priority latch.
Retain one subscription per resident, synchronous completion handling,
timeouts, account checks and dormant retry behavior. Waiting residents
resume through the existing priority queue when their names resolve.
